A special collab between Dawning Day Wines and Eden Brewery, both of the Southern Highlands.
This red IPA was fermented in ex-gamay barrels giving the beer a subtle texture and flavor whilst still finishing extremely clean and crisp… a little like a crisp amber ale — absolutely delicious!
