Hand-picked from three exceptional vineyards—including the L.A.S Vino single vineyard sites of Barrels of Metricup and Wild Berry Springs—this wine showcases the purity and complexity that define great Margaret River Chardonnay.
It’s all Gin Gin clone, hand picked and whole-bunch pressed, fermented wild in French oak, then left to rest on lees for 10 months. No malolactic fermentation here, so it’s kept its zip – fresh, clean and finely tuned.
