WHY WE LOVE IT:
Made in a complex Alsatian style, this wine is crafted in small batches and wild-fermented in new French oak. Some portions undergo a touch of skin contact and are aged on fine lees in foudre before being bottled young and fresh.
The result is a wine that is intensely aromatic, with notes of red apple skin, earthy citrus, and spice. Tension and texture on the palate give it fantastic length.
