we don’t want to disrespect the complexity of the wine, but in a nutshell, she’s light, fruity and fresh. that’s not to say she’s without complexity though!

The cos winery is located at the farthest tip of south eastern sicily. founded by three friends in 1980: Giambattista Cilia, Cirino Strano and Giusto Occhipinti (none of which are strangers tot he wine industry in their respective rights), COS is now one of the most highly sought after natural/ biodynamic wine producers in the world.
