Well-integrated, juicy, fresh acidity is a wash over ripe quince, apple and passionfruit. Finishes with wet stone and nettle.
All grapes were hand harvested, organically grown and matured on lees for approx 6 months to build complexity.
This is how we like our sauvignon blanc. uper versatile for food options too - just good stuff.
