We’re sangiovese obsessed, and obviously thrilled to find an Australian benchmark that we think if we were blind tasting, would actually call Italian. Morello cherry, wild thyme, cocoa, vanilla, this wine was rested for 36 months in French oak and now with an extra 36 months of bottle age, she’s well and truly ready to be enjoyed… preferably with a Tuscan steak on your fork.
